Cards and WhatsApp stores run on one system (backend.crocadilo.com) and loyalty rewards run on another (rewards.crocadilo.com). Pick the one you need first. You can add the other any time.

Yes. Any smartphone can open your card from a link or QR code. Tapping an NFC card works on iPhone XS and newer and on most Android phones.
