How it works at the till
You set the rules
Choose a 6, 8, 10 or 12 stamp card, points per pound spent, or vouchers. Pick the reward. Change it whenever you like.
Staff scan at the till
Staff open the scanner page on any phone or tablet, scan the customer's code and add the stamp. Each person can have their own login: 5 on Silver, 25 on Gold. Bronze has one.
Customers keep it on their phone
Their card opens in the browser and can go in Apple or Google Wallet. All their cards from local businesses sit in one place.

Questions about loyalty rewards
Do customers need an app or have to sign up?
No. They scan your QR code and their card opens in the browser. They can add it to Apple or Google Wallet if they like. They don't have to give an email or phone number.
How do staff add a stamp?
Staff open the scanner page on any phone or tablet, scan the customer's code and tap to add the stamp or points.
Can I run a stamp card and a points card at the same time?
Yes. Run stamp cards, points cards and vouchers side by side. How many depends on your plan.
What happens when I go over 100 members on the free plan?
Your existing members keep their cards. Upgrade to Silver at crocadilo.com/upgrade and you can keep growing.
Can I stop people cheating?
Stamps can only be added by a logged-in staff member scanning the customer's code, so customers can't stamp their own card.
