Be the number they've still got when something else breaks.

A digital card with your services, prices, photos of your work and a way to ask for a quote. Customers save it to their contacts in one tap, from a tap card at the end of the job, a QR code on the van or a link in a text. When your prices change, you change them once.

  • Free card, no card details
  • Tap cards from £24.99
  • Works on any phone

Sound familiar?

Good work, then the phone goes quiet

The fridge magnet went in the bin

A year after the job they need you again, can't find your number and ring whoever comes up first online. A saved contact doesn't get thrown out.

Quotes from all over

A text with a photo, a voicemail with the address, an email about something else. An enquiry form on your card gets the details in one go.

"How much for a safety check?"

The same question, ten times a week. Put your standard prices and call-out hours on your card and let it answer for you.

Use case

How it works for a one-van plumbing and heating business

  1. The problem

Most work comes from word of mouth, but the number gets passed around on scraps of paper and old invoices.

  2. Day one

A card with services, areas covered, reviews and a quote button. A metal tap card goes in the wallet.

  3. Every job

At the end of the job the customer taps the card and saves it. When the neighbour asks, they share the link in one tap.

  4. Every season

Photos of finished jobs go in the gallery, so new customers see the work before they call.

What it costs: Free card to try. Basic for £10 a month adds quote and booking requests.

An illustrative use case, not a real customer.

How you'd set it up

Three steps for a trade

  1. Build your card

Add your trade, the area you cover, services with starting prices, call-out hours and photos of recent jobs. On Basic, scan your old paper card and we fill it in for you.

  2. Put it where customers are

A tap card in your pocket for the end of the job, a QR code on the van, the link on every quote and invoice.

  3. Sell fixed-price jobs

On Basic, add a WhatsApp store for jobs with a set price. The request lands in your WhatsApp, itemised, and you agree a date.

Example setup

A one-van electrician covering a few towns

A card on the Basic plan with EV charger fitting from £450, an electrical safety check at £180 and emergency call-out hours, plus a gallery of recent consumer unit swaps. A metal tap card that comes out at the end of every job, and a QR code on the van door. A small WhatsApp store for safety checks and smoke alarm fitting, paid by bank transfer once the job's done. An example setup, not a real customer.

Questions from tradespeople

Do I need a website as well?

Not to get started. On Basic, your card works as a simple one-page site with your services, prices, photos, reviews and contact buttons. Link to it from your van, your quotes and your social pages.

How does the tap card work?

Hold it near a customer's phone and your card opens, ready to save. It works on iPhone XS and newer and most Android phones. For anyone else, share the QR code or link.

Can customers ask for a quote from my card?

Yes. Every card has an enquiry form. On Basic and Teams you can also list your services and hours and take booking requests.

Do you take payments or a cut of my jobs?

No. Customers pay you the way they already do: bank transfer, card machine, cash or a payment link. We never take a cut.

I've got a couple of lads working for me. Can they have cards?

Yes. Basic includes 5 cards and Teams includes 25, so everyone on the job can hand out a card with the business details.
