What NDC Creations uses
A digital business card, on a metal tap card
Nichola's digital card holds her contact details, examples of her work and a quick way to ask for a quote. It's linked to one of NDC's own matte black metal NFC cards, so at expos and trade meetings she taps it on someone's phone and they can save her details straight away.
A points card for repeat clients
"NDC Crafted Rewards" is a points loyalty card set up on Crocadilo Rewards. Its promise to clients is simple: earn points every time you create something meaningful. Clients keep it on their phone, with no app to download.
An AI assistant for enquiries
NDC also uses an AI assistant from our sister product, The Chat Operator, to answer common questions when Nichola is busy in the workshop.
In Nichola's words
"As a bespoke laser engraving studio, premium presentation is everything. … At expos and trade consultations, a single tap of our laser-engraved metal NFC card saves our full portfolio straight into their phone contacts. Our repeat trade clients love collecting reward stamps without another app, and the chat operator answers customer enquiries 24/7 so we never miss custom orders while in the workshop."
Nichola Carneiro, Owner, NDC Creations
In the interests of openness: NDC Creations also makes the physical NFC cards we sell. We're proud to work with them, and you should know about the relationship.
