What we collect and why

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Cookies
The public pages don't set any cookies. The customer panel uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. If that changes, for example if we add website analytics, we'll ask for your consent first and update our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
Our website host and email provider, who process it on our behalf to run the site and deliver your message to us. Stripe, who take payments for paid plans. ClickUp, the task tracker our team uses to handle plan requests. We may use an automation tool we run ourselves to pass your enquiry to our team. We only share information otherwise if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you become a customer, our customer terms apply.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit how we use it. Email hello@cvcinternational.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
