Take orders on WhatsApp. Keep every penny.

Put your menu or products online without building a website. Customers fill a basket and send it to your WhatsApp as one tidy message. You confirm it, they pay you directly, and nobody takes a cut.

  • 0% commission
  • Delivery, collection or table service
  • From £10 a month

How it works

From browsing to "order confirmed" in a chat

  1. They browse your shop

Your products, photos and prices on a simple page with your own link. It opens on any phone.

  2. They send the order

They pick delivery, collection or table service and tap send. The order opens in WhatsApp, already written out.

  3. You confirm and get paid

Reply to confirm, then take payment however you already do: bank transfer, payment link, card machine or cash.

What's included

What your store can do

Products and categories

As many products as you like, sorted into categories, with photos, prices and "offer" or "new" badges.

Delivery, collection, dine-in

Turn on the ways you serve customers. They choose at checkout and it's written into the order.

Opening hours

Shoppers can see when you're open, and when you'll reply to orders sent out of hours.

Neat order messages

Each order arrives numbered and itemised, with the total and the customer's choices, so nothing gets missed.

Offers and sign-ups

Show a pop-up for this week's special and collect email addresses for your newsletter.

Your customers, your data

No marketplace sits in the middle. The conversation, and the customer, are yours.

Is it right for you?

A good fit if your customers already message you

  • Bakeries, cafés and takeaways taking pre-orders
  • Boutiques and gift shops selling to locals
  • Trades and services with fixed-price jobs
  • Groomers, florists and makers taking custom orders

To be straight with you: if you need customers to pay by card at checkout, or you ship hundreds of parcels a day, a full online shop will suit you better. This is for businesses who'd rather have a quick chat than another dashboard.

Example setup

A bakery taking weekend pre-orders

Categories for bread, cakes and boxes. Collection only, Friday to Sunday. Orders come in during the week, the baker confirms on WhatsApp and asks for payment by bank transfer or on collection. An illustration, not a real customer.

Questions about WhatsApp stores

How do customers pay?

However you already take payment. The order lands in your WhatsApp and you reply with your bank details, a payment link, or ask them to pay on collection. We don't process payments or take a cut.

Do I need WhatsApp Business?

No. Any WhatsApp number works. WhatsApp Business is handy for quick replies and labels, but it's optional.

Can I do delivery, collection and table orders?

Yes. Turn on any mix of delivery, takeaway and dine-in, and customers pick one at checkout.

How many products can I add?

As many as you like, sorted into categories, with photos, prices and offer badges.

What does it cost?

A WhatsApp store comes with the Basic plan at £10 a month (one store) or Teams at £25 (five stores). Both start with a 30-day free trial.
