Takeaway orders on WhatsApp, without the delivery app's cut.
Put your menu in a WhatsApp store and orders for collection, delivery or the table land in your WhatsApp as a tidy message. Customers pay you the way they already do. Add a points card so the regulars keep coming back.
- No commission on orders
- Menu online in an afternoon
- No app for customers
Where the margin goes
Delivery apps take a big slice
You do the cooking and they keep a share of every order. Orders from your own regulars shouldn't cost you a fee.
Phone orders get garbled
Someone shouts an order over the extractor fan and half of it is wrong. A written order in WhatsApp is clear before you start cooking.
Regulars aren't rewarded
Your best customers order every Friday and get the same as someone who walks in once. A points card changes that.
How it works for a family-run curry house that also does takeaway
- The problem
Delivery apps take a cut of every order, even from regulars who'd happily order direct.
- Day one
The menu goes into a WhatsApp store with collection and delivery turned on. A QR code goes on every table and takeaway bag.
- Every evening
Orders arrive in WhatsApp as a tidy message. Nothing is misheard over the phone and nobody takes a fee.
- Every visit
A points card rewards regulars at the till, so ordering direct beats ordering through an app.
What it costs: One store on Basic for £10 a month. Points card free for the first 100 members.

Three steps to get going
Build your menu
Add your dishes, sections and prices to a WhatsApp store. Turn on collection, delivery or table orders, whichever you offer.
Share one link
Put the store link on your Google profile, Instagram and a QR code on the tables and the takeaway bags.
Reward the regulars
Set up a points card on our rewards platform. Staff scan the customer's code at the till and points add up towards a free dish.
A 40-cover curry house that also does takeaway
One WhatsApp store on Basic with starters, mains, sides and drinks. Collection and delivery turned on, with a QR code on every table for drinks orders. A points card where every pound spent is a point and 150 points gets a free main. The owner's digital card goes on the menu and the receipts, so people can save the number. An example setup, not a real customer.

One store on Basic for £10 a month, five on Teams for £25 if you run more than one site. Both start with 30 days free and include digital business cards. The points card is a separate sign-up and free for your first 100 members.

Common questions
Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. Orders go straight to your WhatsApp and customers pay you directly. You only pay the monthly plan.
Can I do collection, delivery and table orders?
Yes. Turn on whichever you offer. Customers choose when they order, and you see it in the WhatsApp message.
How do customers pay?
However you already take payment: cash, card on collection, a payment link or bank transfer. The store lists the methods you accept.
Can I change prices or mark a dish as sold out?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. The store updates straight away.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
It helps, because you get quick replies and labels, but the normal WhatsApp app works too.
