Sell online without building a website shop.
Put your stock in a WhatsApp store and customers order from their phone. Orders land in your WhatsApp, you sort payment and collection or delivery the way you already do, and nobody takes a cut. A points card keeps your regulars coming through the door.
- No commission on orders
- No website needed
- No app for customers
Why selling online feels like a second job
Full online shops are a lot of work
Themes, plug-ins, payment set-up and fees before you've sold a thing. Most small shops don't need all that.
Customers already message you
"Do you have this in a 12?" comes in by Instagram and WhatsApp every day. A store lets them browse and order in one go.
Regulars spend more
Your best customers deserve a reason to pick you over the high street. A points card gives them one.
How it works for a small women's clothing boutique
- The problem
"Do you have this in a 12?" comes in all day on Instagram, but a full online shop feels like a second job.
- Day one
New arrivals go into a WhatsApp store with sizes and colours. The link goes in the Instagram bio.
- Every order
Customers browse at home and send the order to WhatsApp. The owner confirms, takes payment and packs it.
- Every visit
A points card at the till earns regulars a £10 voucher, so they keep coming back in person too.
What it costs: One store on Basic for £10 a month, no commission. Points card free for the first 100 members.
An illustrative use case, not a real customer.
Three steps to get going
Add your stock
Create categories and products with photos, prices and options like size or colour.
Share the link
Put the store on Instagram, your Google profile and a QR code by the till. Customers order from their phone.
Reward the regulars
Set up a points card on our rewards platform. Staff scan the customer's code at the till and points build to a voucher.
A small women's clothing boutique
One WhatsApp store on Basic with new arrivals, dresses, knitwear and accessories, each with sizes listed. Click and collect and local delivery turned on. A points card where every £1 is a point and 100 points gets a £10 voucher. The owner's digital card is linked from Instagram so people can save the shop's number. An example setup, not a real customer.
Your store comes with the Basic plan

Common questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Orders go to your WhatsApp and customers pay you directly. You only pay the monthly plan.
How many products can I add?
Basic and Teams have unlimited categories and products.
How do customers pay?
However you already take payment: card in store, a payment link, bank transfer or cash on collection. The store lists the methods you accept.
Does it track my stock levels?
No. It's a simple store, not a stock system. Hide a product when it sells out and show it again when it's back.
Is it a replacement for Shopify?
For many small shops it's enough on its own. If you need stock control and card checkout, our WhatsApp store vs Shopify comparison sets out the differences.
