Common questions
How do booking requests work?
On Basic and Teams, add your services and opening hours, and owners can request a slot from your card. You confirm it with them.
I'm a mobile groomer. Does that work?
Yes. List the areas you cover on your card, and use your own phone as the scanner for the stamp card.
Can I sell treats and shampoo too?
Yes, through a WhatsApp store on Basic. Owners send the order to your WhatsApp and pay you directly.
Do owners need an app for the stamp card?
No. They scan your QR code to join and the card lives in their phone's browser or wallet.
What does the stamp card cost?
It's free for your first 100 members. After that, Silver is £35 a month for up to 1,000.
