Home / Who it's for / Garages and mechanics
Be the garage they call next time, not the one they Google.
A digital card with your services, prices, opening hours and a booking button that customers save in one tap when they collect the car. When the next service or MOT comes round, your number is already on their phone. Add a points card for the regulars.
- Free card to try
- Booking requests on Basic
- Works on any phone
Why customers drift to another garage
Your number gets lost
The paper invoice ends up in the glovebox or the bin. A year later they search for a garage and pick whoever comes up first.
People don't know what you do
Customers who came in for tyres don't know you do air con, diagnostics or bodywork. A card lists everything.
Loyal drivers get nothing back
Families who bring every car to you deserve a thank you. A points card makes it easy.
How it works for a two-bay independent garage
- The problem
Customers come in once, lose the invoice and Google a different garage next year.
- Day one
A card with every service, a price guide, opening hours and a booking button. A tap stand goes on the counter.
- Every collection
When customers pick up their keys, they tap the stand and the garage is saved on their phone.
- Every service
A points card adds up with every visit, so there's a reason to come back instead of shopping around.
What it costs: Card with bookings on Basic for £10 a month. Points card free for the first 100 members.
An illustrative use case, not a real customer.
Three steps to get going
Build your card
Add your services, prices, opening hours, a map link and photos of the workshop. Basic covers 5 cards if your mechanics want their own.
Share it at collection
Put a tap card or QR code on the counter, and add the link to your invoices and texts so customers save it when they pick up the car.
Reward repeat servicing
Set up a points card on our rewards platform. Every service adds points towards money off the next one.
A two-bay independent garage
One card on Basic with the full list of services, a price guide for MOTs and interim services, opening hours and a booking button. A tap stand on the counter. A points card where every £1 spent earns a point and 200 points takes £20 off the next service. An example setup, not a real customer.
Bookings come with the Basic plan
Try a single card free. Basic gives you 5 cards with booking requests for £10 a month, and Teams gives you 25 for £25. Both start with 30 days free. The points card is a separate sign-up and free for your first 100 members.

Common questions
Can customers book a service from the card?
Yes, on Basic and Teams. Add your services and hours and customers can request a slot. You confirm it as you normally would.
Can it remind customers when their MOT is due?
Not automatically. Your card makes it easy for them to find you when it is due. If you use a reminder service, keep using it and add your card link to the message.
Do customers need an app?
No. The card opens in their phone's browser and they can save it to their home screen or contacts.
Can I put a card on the counter?
Yes. Counter tap stands start at £19.99 and tap cards at £24.99. Customers tap their phone on it to open your card.
Can I sell parts or accessories?
You can, through a WhatsApp store on Basic. Customers send the order to your WhatsApp and pay you directly.
