Let clients rebook the person who treated them.

Give each practitioner their own digital card with their treatments, prices, qualifications and a booking button. Clients save it after their first visit and book the next one when they're due. A points card rewards the people who come back every few weeks.

What gets in the way of rebooking

Clients want the same practitioner

Trust matters in this work. Clients want to book with the person who treated them last time, not a general inbox.

Treatments that need topping up

Lashes, brows, fillers and facials all have a natural rebook point. If the client can't find you easily, someone else gets the booking.

Price lists on paper

Treatment menus change often. A digital card means everyone sees today's prices and offers.

Use case

How it works for a three-room aesthetics clinic

  1. The problem

Treatments need topping up every few weeks, but clients can't always find the practitioner they saw last time.

  2. Day one

Each practitioner gets a card with treatments, prices, qualifications and the clinic's booking link.

  3. Every treatment

Clients save their practitioner's card at reception and earn points towards money off their next visit.

  4. Every month

New treatments and offers go live on every card at once, with no reprinting.

What it costs: Five cards on Basic for £10 a month. Points card free for the first 100 clients.

An illustrative use case, not a real customer.

How you'd set it up

Three steps to get going

  1. One card per practitioner

Each person gets a card with their photo, treatments, prices, qualifications and a gallery. Basic covers 5 cards, Teams covers 25.

  2. Turn on bookings

Add your treatments and opening hours, and clients can request a slot from the card. Already use a booking app? Add its link instead.

  3. Reward repeat visits

Set up a points or stamp card on our rewards platform, and scan clients at reception after each treatment.

Example setup

A three-room aesthetics clinic

Four cards on Basic, one for each practitioner, each with their treatments, prices and qualifications listed. The clinic's own booking system is linked from every card. A points card where clients earn a point per pound and 300 points gets £30 off their next treatment. A bamboo tap card at reception so new clients can save the clinic before they leave. An example setup, not a real customer.

Common questions

Can each practitioner have their own card?

Yes. Basic (£10 a month) includes 5 cards and Teams (£25 a month) includes 25. Each card has its own photo, treatments, prices and gallery.

Can we show before-and-after photos?

Yes. Every card has a gallery. Make sure you have the client's consent, the same as you would for social media.

We already use a booking system. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Add its link to each card. The card is how clients find and save you, and bookings can stay where they are.

Can we run a points card instead of stamps?

Yes. Points work well when treatments are different prices. You can run a stamp card and a points card at the same time.

Can clients pay for treatments online?

The card lists the payment methods you accept. You can also sell gift vouchers or products through a WhatsApp store on Basic.
