Crocadilo vs Loyalzoo

Neither asks your customers to download an app. Loyalzoo connects to more tills and does paid memberships. Crocadilo is cheaper to start, has a free plan, and comes with digital business cards and a WhatsApp shop too.

We checked Loyalzoo's website and pricing page on 1 October 2026. Their pricing page showed US dollars, so we've shown those. Links are at the bottom.

Where Loyalzoo is the better pick

If you want stamps added automatically when you ring up a sale on Square, Clover or Epos Now, Loyalzoo does that and we don't. It also lets you sell monthly memberships, like a coffee subscription, and sends SMS and push messages.

Where Crocadilo is the better pick

If you're a single shop that wants to try loyalty without a monthly bill, start on our free plan and see if your regulars use it. Silver is £35 a month when you outgrow it. And if you also want a digital business card or a simple WhatsApp ordering page, it's the same company and the same support.
