At Crocadilo.com (operated by CVC International Ltd, United Kingdom), we aim to provide high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund or return in line with UK consumer law.
1. General Principles
- If a product or service is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your return or confirming your refund request.
Some products and services are not eligible for refunds due to their personalised nature. These exceptions are clearly explained below.
2. SaaS Services (Digital Business Cards & Digital Stores)
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Refunds are only available if you have not activated or used the service (e.g. created a profile, uploaded data, or started onboarding).
- Once the service is activated, the right to cancel and request a refund ends.
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless required by law
3. Custom-Engraved & Encoded NFC Products (e.g. Cards, Stickers, Personalised Items)
- As these products are personalised and made-to-order, refunds and cancellations are not accepted once engraving/encoding has started.
- Please double-check all spelling, artwork, and details before confirming your order.
- If the product is faulty or engraved incorrectly due to our error, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
4. NFC Bands (Encoded Only, Not Engraved)
- These products are not personalised and can be returned.
- You may cancel and return within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in resellable condition.
- If the band is faulty or not as described, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Personalised Gifting (Laser-Engraved Products)
- These items are custom-made according to your instructions.
- No refunds or cancellations are accepted unless the item is faulty or engraved incorrectly due to our error.
6. General Store Products (Non-NFC, Non-Engraved Goods)
- For all other products (e.g. pet toys, accessories), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days, and return the goods within a further 14 days.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund and return requests must be made via our website chatbot, which will log your request. A member of our team will then review and process it.
Please include your order number and clear details of your request when prompted by the chatbot. We will confirm next steps and provide return instructions if applicable. Refunds are normally issued within 14 days of approval, but please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
